Lien Khuong International Airport It was built on February 24, 1961 and used to be the second largest international airport in South Vietnam at the time. Currently, this is the largest airport in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, located right next to Highway 20 and far from Dalat - the capital of Lam Dong province, and the famous resort center of the Central Highlands - only 28 km. Lien Khuong Airport is being invested more than 280 billion VND to build a new terminal of international standards in the future. The new terminal of Lien Khuong airport has two floors, with a total floor area of 12,400 m², is designed in the image of chrysanthemum flower, a typical flower of Lam Dong plateau. Currently, the airport has a runway of 3,250 meters, which can accommodate short-range aircraft such as Fokker, ATR72, Airbus A320, Airbus A321.
